AIR BLASTING & PAINTING ROOM

This facility carries out the descaling of large steel structures, such as ship blocks, by blasting steel grits onto the surfaces through a nozzle. The blasted steel grits are then automatically recovered, filtered to remove foreign materials and dust, and stored for reuse.

This allows for the continuous recycling of the grits, ensuring uninterrupted descaling operations while maintaining a clean work environment. It also enhances both work quality and efficiency, and helps protect the health of workers. The system includes components such as a chute hopper, bucket elevator, rotary separator, storage hopper, air blast unit, auto dumper, silo tank, vacuum recovery, main dust collector, dust collector for the separator, and a dehumidifier.
